我国高校“农民学院”建设的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of the Construction of “Farmer College” in Chinese Universities

当前,农民学历提升和技能培训两类教育分离的现状已经不能满足现代农业经济转型升级的要求。我国高等院校举办"农民学院",需要统筹解决农民的学历提升、技能提高、创业发展三教合一的问题,高等教育服务"三农"的功能定位为举办"农民学院"打下理论基础。因此,需要创新政府主管、学校主办、县镇联办,三方合作探索"农民学院"办学体制;学历教育、技能教育、创业教育,三教统筹探索农民大学生培养模式;对接农业、对接农村、对接农民,三层对接探索农民教育教学体系成为高等院校创建"农民学院"的新模式。

Currently,the separation of the two types of education,namely,the promotion of education and the training of skills,can no longer meet the requirements of the transformation and upgrading of modern agricultural economy. In order to hold 'Farmer College'in universities in China,as a whole it is necessary to solve the problems of improving their academic qualifications,improving their skills,and integrating the three aspects of entrepreneurship and development. The function of higher education in serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers lays a theoretical foundation for the holding of'Farmers College'. Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the government supervisor,the school organization,the county and town joint office,to explore the school system of farmer college. it is necessary to explore the training pattern of the farmer college student through the education of academic qualifications,the skill education and the enterprise education. It is a new mode for universities to establish 'farmer colleges'by docking rural areas,docking farmers,and exploring peasant education and teaching system.
