摘要
基于创业自我效能感,构建创业意愿的影响机制模型。其中,将创业教育分为创业培训和创业竞赛两个维度,创业支持解构为政府支持、学校支持和家庭支持三个构面。通过SPSS19. 0对748份问卷进行统计分析,得出:创业培训、创业竞赛、政府支持和家庭支持均对创业自我效能感产生显著的正向影响,创业自我效能感、创业培训、创业竞赛、政府支持和家庭支持均正向作用于大学生创业意愿,创业自我效能感起中介效应,性别具有显著的调节效应。因此,需要采取有效举措,促进大学生创业自我效能感和创业意愿的有效提升。
It is of great significance to study college students’ entrepreneurial will and its influencing factors in the era of dual creation. Based on the sense of entrepreneurial self-efficacy,the model of the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial will is constructed. Among them,entrepreneurship education is divided into two dimensions:entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial competition. Entrepreneurship support is deconstructed into three aspects:government support,school support and family support. Through statistical analysis of 748 questionnaires by SPSS 19. 0,it is concluded that entrepreneurship training,entrepreneurial competition,government support and family support have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurship training,entrepreneurial competition,Both government support and family support are positively affecting college students’ entrepreneurial willingness. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a mediating effect,and gender has a significant regulatory effect.Therefore,it is necessary to take effective measures to promote the effective improvement of college students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial will.
