普通农科院校“本—硕”连读创新人才培养模式研究

A Preliminary Study on Education System of Straight Entrance to Undergraduate Student Styles in General Agricultural University

"本—硕"连读创新人才培养模式符合人才培养规律,满足国家对拔尖创新人才的战略需求,但在竞争激烈、优秀生源大量外流的普通院校开展较少。依托安徽农业大学,调查了普通农科院校在读本科生对贯通人才培养模式的认知现状,并初步探讨了相关选拔制度及课程体系的建设。结果显示80%的在读本科生期望攻读研究生,但对贯通人才培养模式认知严重不足,制约了这一创新人才培养模式的改革。

The educational systems of Straight Entrance the ndergraduate-Gaduate Student Styles( EUSS) are less implemented in general colleges,although the systems match to the innovative talents cultivation and meet the national strategic needs. The keen competition and outflow of talent students have restricted the high-level university onstruction. Depended on the Anhui Agricultural University,questionnaire survey was planned to know the cognition situations of EUSS. The system on talent selection and course construction were also discussed. The results showed that insufficient understanding of EUSS should restrict the reform of training system. Those results are also helpful to training system reform in similar colleges.
