摘要
以"中国制造2025"为就业导向,对影响机械工程专业学位硕士研究生差异化培养的三方面因素:自我认知与社会认知、课程设置与实践比重、推进方向与改革方法,进行问卷调查和交叉数据对比分析。提出改革机械工程专业学位研究生人才培养模式的具体方法:严格实行双导师制,增加实践课程比重;建立学生与导师间的新型双向监督评价体系;开发高校间专业交流碰撞和教育资源共享的渠道;建立校企间的职业资格认证机制和行业对接系统等。
Taking ' China Manufacturing 2025' as the employment orientation,there are three factors that affect the differential training of master degree students in mechanical engineering:self-cognition and social cognition,curriculum and practical proportion,promotion direction and reform methods. Questionnaire survey and cross-data comparative analysis put forward specific methods for reforming the training model of mechanical engineering professional degree graduates,including:strictly implementing the dual tutor system,increasing the proportion of practical courses;establishing a new two-way supervision and evaluation system between students and tutors;channels for communication collision and educational resource sharing;establishment of vocational qualification certification mechanism between schools and enterprises and industry docking system and so on.
