摘要
职业幸福是教育管理人员在教育管理工作中需要满足、潜能发挥、价值实现所带来的愉悦体验,包括职业满意、职业认同、工作投入、自我价值、人际和谐和成长发展等六个心理维度。本研究对江苏高校415名高校教育管理人员进行问卷调查,结果表明,高校教育管理人员的职业幸福感处于中等偏上水平,教育管理人员的职业满意、职业认同和成长发展上的得分较低。高校需要从三个方面去提升教育管理人员的职业幸福感:完善激励机制,关注教育管理人员诉求,提升职业满意度;加强高校教育管理人员的职业化与专业化,提升职业认同;密切关注教育管理人员的成长与规划,拓宽晋升空间。
Occupational happiness includes the six kinds of psychological dimensions that education managers need to satisfy,produce potential and realize value in education management,including professional satisfaction,professional identity,work input,self-worth,interpersonal harmony and growth and development. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 415 college education administrators in Jiangsu universities. The results showed that the professional happiness of college education administrators was above average,and the scores of career satisfaction,professional identity and growth of education managers were lower. Colleges and universities need to improve the professional wellbeing of education administrators from three aspects:improve the incentive mechanism,pay attention to the appeal of education administrators,improve professional satisfaction;strengthen the professionalization and specialization of education administrators in colleges and universities,enhance professional identity;pay close attention to education the growth and planning of managers will broaden the space for promotion.
