Standardization Construction of College Student Party Branches from the Perspective of New Era Innovation research

高校学生党支部是党在高等教育领域党组织的重要组成部分,是落实立德树人根本任务、党在大学生中开展工作的前沿阵地和一线堡垒,在培养全面发展的中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人中发挥着重要作用。党支部规范化建设是坚持大抓基层鲜明导向、提升基层党组织建设科学化水平、推动全面从严治党向纵深发展的有力举措。在阐述高校学生党支部规范化建设重要意义的基础上,客观分析当前高校学生党支部建设存在问题,并结合贯彻落实党的十九大精神和辽宁省开展党支部规范化建设实践成效以及新时代高校思想政治工作实际,提出"1234"工作法,进一步推动增强开展高校学生党支部规范化建设工作的实效性。

The Party branch of college students is an important part of the Party organization in the field of higher education,the frontier position and the first-line fortress that implements the fundamental tasks of the 'talent cultivation'and the Party’s work in the university students. It plays an important role in cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development. The standardization of the Party branch is a powerful measure to persist in the clear orientation of the grassroots,to improve the scientific level of grassroots Party organizations,and to promote the comprehensive and strict management of the Party. On the basis of expounding the significance of the standardization construction of college students’ Party branches,analyzing objectively the problems existing in the construction of Party branches in colleges and universities,in combination with the implementation of the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the practical achievements of the standardization construction of the Party branch in Liaoning Province and the actual ideological and political work of colleges and universities in the new era,proposed the '1234'working method. Further enhance the effectiveness of the work of standardizing the construction of college students’ Party branches,and then promote the continuous improvement of the ideological and political education of college students.
