我国食品加工与安全领域专业硕士学位研究生案例教学存在的问题及解决对策 被引量:16

Problems and Solutions Concerning the Case Study Courses for Professional Graduate Students Majoring in Food Processing and Security

摘要 案例教学法是通过对真实的事例模拟,培养学生收集知识、综合分析、独立思考和解决问题能力于一体的一种现代教学方式。根据食品加工与安全专业硕士学位的培养目标和要求,研究分析了将案例教学引入专业硕士学位研究生教育的必要性,指出目前在食品加工与安全领域推广案例教学存在的问题,提出推进其发展的措施。 The case method is a modern teaching approach that uses cases of real events to foster students’ abilities in gathering information,comprehensive analysis,independent thinking,and problem-solving. According to the training objects and requirements for professional master degrees majoring in Food Processing and Safety,this study analyzed the importance of introducing the case method to the education process for professional master students. The problems occurred during the current popularization of the case study in the area of food processing and safety were pointed out,with some suggestions on its development.
