摘要
对现有的人力资源进行有效的开发与利用,是农民合作社持续创新发展的重要源泉。研究在阐述农民合作社人力资源基本特质的基础上,结合现代企业专业化的人力资源管理理论,从创新工作设计、建立多方认可的薪酬支付、开展阶梯持续式的培训开发项目,以及培养人力资源对合作社的拥有感和归属感等四个方面,对农民合作社人力资源开发与利用的路径进行了探讨。
Effective development and utilization of existing human resources is an important source to sustain and promote innovation of farmer cooperative’s development. Based on the basic characteristics of farmer cooperative’s human resource,and the professional human resource management theory of modern enterprises,this research explored the development and utilization path of human resources in farmer cooperative from the four aspects including innovation in work design,establishment of multi-approved compensation payment,conduction of continuous training and development project,and cultivation of human resource’s sense of cooperative ownership and belongingness.
