摘要
针对当前实验教学耗材管理混乱、信息不规范、效率低、管理手段落后等问题,以大数据采集与处理为核心,构建了基于大数据思维的实验耗材智能管理模型,通过软件工程的需求分析方法,明确了系统目标和功能需求,设计了基于B/S三层架构的系统框架,应用模块化开发方法,实现了耗材申报、申请领取、审核、统计查询等功能。系统在方便用户使用的同时,还有利于系统后期的维护和扩展,该系统已经投入使用,从根本上解决了实验室耗材管理问题,提高了教学实验效率。
By analyzing the existing problems of experimental teaching material,such as confused management,distorted information,low working efficiency,and backward management tools,based on big data thinking,the intelligent management model of experimental supplies is constructed with taking big data acquisition and processing as the core.The system′s objective and functional requirements were clearly carried out by using software engineering′s demand analysis method.The system was designed based on the overall framework of the B/S and adopted module developing method,which is excellent in extensions and maintainability as well as operating easily.The system mainly carried out the following functions:material declaration,collection,audit,statistical inquiry.This system has been put into use,and achieved good results.The results show issues about material Management were resolved radically and the working efficiency had been improved.
