The teachers are the basic cell unit of the structure and function of the college teacher teams,their living state has the important effect on the formation,development,g rowth,prosperity and decline of teacher teams.Based on the basis of deep analysis of teacher characteristics,this paper will make an in-depth analysis of the prominent problems existing in the team building and explore the effective measures for the high-quality and efficient college teachers teams.Furthermore the good environment for the healthy growth and the ecological conditions for the sustainable stability and prosperity are created and provided for the teacher team.
