With the development of education, reform of university system has become a trend and a necessity. The introduction of college system is undoubtedly the most important attempt of the reform process. The dilemma and the current work situation faced by counselors shows that it’s of great help for counselors seeking new paths of development in the college system mode, achieving professional orientation as well as the college and the counselors’ long-term development.
