高职大学生生命意义感与心理健康素质研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨当前高职院校大学生的生命意义感现状及其与心理健康素质的关系,采用《生命意义量表》与《症状自评量表》对某所高职院校的264名学生进行了测量,并运用SPSS15.0进行了统计分析。结果显示,高职院校大学生的生命意义感总体偏低;低年级的学生、男生以及理科生更具有生命意义感,对生命的控制和社会目标性更强;生命意义感总分与心理健康总分以及"人际关系敏感"、"焦虑"、"恐怖"、"偏执"因子等呈显著负相关;生命的热忱对心理健康素质有着较好的预测作用。据此,可以得出结论:年级、性别与学科类别等对高职大学生的生命意义感的影响显著;高职大学生的生命意义感与心理健康素质存在相关;对高职大学生进行生命教育势在必行。 To study the relationship between life meaning and mental health of higher vocational college students, the PIL and SCL-90 were adopted to survey a total of 264 students in a higher vocational college, and SPSS15.0 was used to analyze the data. Results showed that the level of life meaning of higher vocational college students was at a low level. Low-grade students, male students and students majored in science had stronger sense of life meaning, life control and social goals. The total score of life meaning was significantly negatively correlated with the total score of mental health, and with factors of interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, horror, and paranoid. And the zest for life had significant prediction on mental health. Based on the above findings, this paper concluded that factors such as grade, gender and disciplines had significant impact on vocational college students′ life meaning;and their life meaning had a close relation with mental health. As a result, life education is essential for higher vocational colleges students.
