灌输法的内涵确证与价值剖析——在高校思想政治教育改革背景下的分析

Connotation Confirmation and Value Dissection of the Instillation Method——Under the Background of Ideological and Political Education Reform in Colleges and Universities

按照2016年全国高校思想政治工作会议的要求,高校思想政治教育工作大胆改革、不断创新,取得了许多丰硕的成果。但是"绕着走,缄默症"等思想政治教育领域的问题依然突出。这些问题大多被归因到"灌输法"的过时上。事实上这些问题的症结在于教育者没有准确理解和把握"灌输"的内涵及价值。只有对灌输法进行具体分析,直面各种问题,改"大水漫灌"为"精准滴灌",不断丰富灌输法的具体内涵,才能对受教育者进行有效的思想政治教育,才能保证高校思想政治教育改革不会偏离正确的航向。

In accordance with the requirements of the 2016 National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has undergone bold reforms and continuous innovation;and has achieved fruitful results. However, issues concerning ideological and political education, such as 'walking around', and 'mutism', are still prominent. Most of them are ascribed to the use of 'Instillation Method', which is considered as outdated. The crux of these phenomena is that educators do not accurately understand and grasp the connotation and value of 'Instillation'. Through the analysis of the specific application of instillation method in two cases, and the dissection of the connotation of the instillation method, this paper suggests that educators should address the issues head on by changing the 'Broad Irrigation' into 'Precision Trickle Irrigation', and continuously enriching the specific contents of the instillation method, so as to ensure the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and a desired track of ideological and political educational reform in colleges and universities.
