高校与社会工作机构互动开放式教学模式探讨——以山西医科大学“青少年社会工作”课程为例 被引量:1

摘要 基于互动教学理论的"青少年社会工作"互动开放式教学模式,以高校与社会工作机构的优质教学资源互通共享为目标,以改进课程教学、教学共同体、教学互动、教学内容以及教学文化等为要义,通过学生自主选题,教师讲解基础知识,教师与社会工作机构专业人士提出服务项目,学生团队完成项目设计,教师与社会工作机构专业人士评估项目设计,社会工作机构专业人士指导学生实施服务项目等6个步骤完成教学过程,为地方高校社会工作教学改革提供了参考。 Based on the interactive teaching theory, the interactive open teaching model of the course of Youth Social Work aims at the mutual sharing of high-quality teaching resources between universities and social work institutions. It also aims to improve the teaching objective, teaching community, teaching interaction, teaching contents and teaching culture of the course. This teaching model consists of the following 6 steps, which provide references for the teaching reform of social work in local universities: students select topics;teachers give lectures on basic knowledge;teachers and professionals suggest service projects;student teams complete the design of service projects;teachers and professionals appraise students′ service project design;professionals guide students to implement the service project.
