摘要
新媒体爆发式发展使得大学生思想引领方式发生了深刻变革。目前,部分高校团属新媒体不了解大学生需求、不回应大学生关切,呈现竞争性不强、话语权不足、精准性不够等问题,难以让大学生产生思想共鸣和价值认同,没有在意识形态领域占领制高点。对此,可以从提升运营团队素质、强化高质内容输出、突出大学生主体地位等应对,强化本土属性,建设'中央厨房',使得团属新媒体更有'烟火味',真正植根大学生的生活和内心,成为服务与引领大学生成长成才的思想港湾。
The explosive development of new media has brought about profound changes in the methods of leading college students′way of thinking.In the context of the new media era,the new media affiliated to the Communist Youth League in some colleges have the problems of lack of competition,voice,and precision,because they don′t understand college students′thoughts,or don′t respond to college students′concerns,which make it difficult for college students to have ideological resonance and value recognition with them.As a result,they are unable to occupy the commanding heights in the field of ideology.In view of this development dilemma,this paper proposes corresponding strategies of improving the quality of the operation team,strengthening the output of high-quality contents,and highlighting the status of college students,etc.It is hoped that the new medias affiliated to the Communist Youth League in colleges will become the'central kitchen'with local attributes,which let them truly root in the life and heart of college students,and become an ideological harbor to serve and lead college students to grow up.
