高校发展青年教师党员研究——基于个人与组织匹配理论

A Study of Recruiting Young Teacher Party Members in Universities——From the Perspective of Person-organization Fit Theory

高校青年教师党员数量相对较少且发展速度缓慢。高校发展青年教师党员,应当充分发挥党组织的引领作用,通过传播信仰、激发认同、制定政策、鼓励参与、协调关系、提供指导,促进更多的教师在价值观、目标、需求方面与党组织达成一致性匹配,并以个人与组织匹配为依据挑选合格党员,不断提升高校教师党员的数量和质量,使高校教师党员队伍成为党员队伍的中流砥柱。

Young teacher party members in universities are relatively small in amount and slow in development.To recruit young teacher party members in universities,the party organization should bring its leading role into full play,and promote person-organization consistent fit on values,objectives and demands between more teachers and the party organization through spreading beliefs,stimulating identities,making policies,encouraging participations,coordinating relationships and providing guidance.Besides,the party organization should select qualified party members on the basis of person-organization fit theory,in order to promote the quantities and qualities of teacher party members in universities,and make them become the backbone of the party.
