摘要
程序公平理论主张对权利的保障和对自由的尊重,旨在保障人们参与某种活动的权利和自由,以此探讨学习机会公平问题,有利于教师维护学生获得公平学习机会的底线。据此,建议教师认清学习机会不公平问题的诱因,关照学习权利和自由的相对性,重视对学生享有学习权利和自由进行指导,以实现程序公平视角下的学习机会公平。
Procedural equity aims at protecting our rights and freedom to participate in activities. This paper,from the perspective of procedural equity,explored issues about equity of opportunity to learn from ensuring rights and respecting freedom,which is useful for protecting the baseline of equity of opportunity to learn. Based on it,in order to achieve equity of opportunity to learn from the perspective of procedural equity,this research suggests that recognizing the reasons which caused equity issues of opportunity to learn clearly,paying attention to the relativity of learning rights and freedom,and teachers should guide students to take learning rights and freedom.
