基于学习进阶的卓越教师专业发展项目研究——以北京市中小学名师发展工程为例 被引量:16

A Study of the Excellence-oriented Teacher Professional Development Programs Based on Learning Progressions——Taking Outstanding Teacher Training Project in Beijing as an Example

摘要 基础教育课程改革的持续深入推进迫切需要高质量教师队伍做支撑,国内外教师教育的发展共同呈现出培养卓越教师的价值取向。教师专业发展项目作为促进教师专业成长的有效途径,在教师职后培训中受到广泛重视。本研究聚焦中小学骨干教师这一特定群体,围绕成熟教师成长为专家教师这一特定阶段,建构了基于学习进阶的卓越教师专业发展模型,以'北京市中小学名师发展工程'项目执行为例,应用进阶模型对卓越教师专业发展项目的设计与实施展开研究,取得了较好的实践效果。 The continuous and in-depth advancement of the basic education curriculum reform urgently requires the support of high-quality teachers.The reform of international teacher education presents the value orientation of cultivating excellent teachers.As an effective way to promote the professional growth of teachers,teacher professional development programs have received extensive attention in the in-service training.This study focuses on the specific group of backbone teachers in the primary and secondary schools,and the specific stage from proficient teachers to expert teachers,constructs a model of excellence-oriented teacher professional development based on learning progressions.Taking'Outstanding Teacher Training Project in Beijing'as an example,the model is applied to study the program designing and implementation,and achieved good results and some experience.
