摘要
师范精神是师范学校教师和学生在教育学习生活中表现出来的特定的人格特征和心理状态。浙江省立第一师范学校将其建构为'勤、慎、诚、恕'四个要素,并以其为目标,通过重教育以明社会责任,崇艺术以陶冶人格气质;推自动、尊个性;倡运动、尚旅行;操行和学业并重等多样化途径,塑造师范生的品性。'勤、慎、诚、恕'师范精神的核心是'诚',是经亨颐师范教育思想的重要组成部分,与中国传统'师道'一脉相承。它倡导的是对教育的信仰、国民的模范人格、甘为'柱石'的牺牲精神以及'为社会作马牛'的使命感,对当前教师教育'师范性'的提升具有重要的启示。
The normal spirit is the specific personality and mental state that are showed in the teachers’education and students’study of Normal University.The Zhejiang No.1 Normal School has constructed it to be'Qin,Shen,Cheng and Shu'four elements.According to this goal,the school adopts various ways to shape the Normal School Students’personality,such as:help students to clear their social responsibility by emphasizing education and uplift their spirit by upholding art;respect students’personality and autonomous learning ability;encourage students to do sports and travelling;equal emphasis on morality and study.The core of this normal spirit is'Cheng',an important component of education thoughts of Jing Hengyi,is in line with the traditional'dignity of teaching'.This spirit emphasizes the faith of education,popular model personality,the spirit of self-sacrifice as'pillar'and the sense of mission of'serving the society as a horse or oxen'.This normal spirit will give Inspiration to the Pedagogical development of current teacher education.
