摘要
采用文献分析法对近20年美国关于教师工会研究的文献进行系统的梳理与分析,提炼出20项具有代表性的概念框架。这些概念框架呈现丰富性和多样性特征,其更新周期较短与较稳定,关注点从'组织'逐渐迁移到'个体'上;概念框架的学科根源主要包括组织行为学、政治学、经济学和社会学。美国教师工会先后经历了教师经济权益维护者、教育改革运动推动者、教育政治决策参与者、教师教学专业化促进者等角色的嬗变。通过介绍这些概念框架在教师工会历史角色嬗变背景下的应用情况,以期为我国教育工会研究提供有益经验。
By using the method of literature analysis,this paper systematically analyzed and combed the literatures of researches on teacher union in America In recent 20 years,and extracted 20 representative conceptual frameworks.These conceptual frameworks were characterized by richness and diversity,their updating period was short and stable,and their focus shifted gradually from'organization'to'individual'.The discipline roots of the conceptual framework included organizational behavior,politics,economics and sociology.The teacher union has experienced the changes of the role of the defender of teacher’s economic rights and interests,the promoter of the educational reform movements,the participant in the political decision-making and the promoter of the teachers’teaching specialization.By introducing the application of these conceptual frameworks under the backgrounds of the evolution of the historical roles of teacher union,we hoped to draw lessons for the research on educational unions in our country.
