摘要
教师存在于体制性架构之中,其自我认同无法脱离制度的影响而孤立存在。教育变革进程中教师的自我认同面临着制度困境,加之教师自身在制度面前的自我缺席,导致了教师的自我认同危机。为此,教师自我认同的重建需要同时完成教师自我的主体重建和尊重主体的制度重建,进而才能达成教师自我认同的完整以及教育自身的和谐。
Teachers exist in the institutional framework,and their self-identity cannot be isolated from the influence of the system.In the process of educational reform,teachers’self-identity is confronted with institutional dilemmas,coupled with teachers’self-absence from the system,lead to the crisis of teachers’self-identity.Therefore,the reconstruction of teachers’self-identity needs to complete the reconstruction of the main body of teachers’self-identity and the reconstruction of the system of respecting the main body,so as to achieve the integrity of teachers’self-identity and the harmony of education itself.
