自我认同、职业认同与价值认同——兼论培育新时代“四有好老师”的贵州校本实践 被引量:21

Self-identity, Professional Identity and Value Identity: The School-Based Practice of Guizhou Province on the Cultivation of ‘Four Qualities of a Good Teacher’ in the New Era

摘要 做党和人民满意的'四有好老师'是新时代教师队伍建设的必然选择。文章结合自身从事教育干部培训三十年的经历,尤其从近五年参与贵州省名校长名师培训工作的实践体会,从自我认同、职业认同与价值认同三个维度,就新时代培育'四有好老师'的理论与实践进行了论述。 The aim of teacher profession development is cultivating the‘Four Qualities of a Good Teacher’.It is an inevitable choice in order to satisfied the party and the people in the new era.This article combines the author’s own experience of 30 years’principals training,especially the practical experience of participating in the training of famous teachers and principals in Guizhou Province in the past five years.This paper discussed the theory and practice of Four Qualities of a Good Teacher from three dimensions:self-identity,professional identity and value identity.
