摘要
文章对我国13省市中学教师的工作投入感现状和成因进行了研究,结果显示:教师工作投入感状况总体处于中等偏上水平,且在区域、学校类型、教龄、学历、任教科目、收入水平等特征因子上存在显著差异。教师工作投入感主要来自于内在动机,受精神层面和道德层面双重内驱力的驱动,热爱本职工作的教师更易体验较高的工作投入感。
This study aims to explore the current status and origins of work engagement in middle school teachers among China’s 13 provinces.Research finding showed:the overall level if teacher’s work engagement was above medium,and demonstrates significant differences in its district,school age,education background,teaching subject and income.Teacher’s work engagement was mainly originated from their inner motivation,and dual driven by spiritual and moral strength.Those who showed strong desire on their jobs was more likely own higher work engagement level.
