The value of rural land is growing greatly along with the economic development and urbanization, coupled with the imperfection of the property right registration system and the land circulation system in rural area, the dispute of rural land ownership, some may even lead to mass contingencies. How to deal with the disputes of rural land ownership, which is an important task to promote the development of urban and rural integration,and is also an vital challenge in the process of land reform.This paper mains to point out the practical difficulties and problems during the investigation and settlement of rural land ownership dispute, and try to seek a better way to resolve the rural land dispute.
