广西沿海地区农村建设用地集约利用评价研究——以北海市沙岗镇为例

Evaluation on the Intensive Utilization Appraise of Rural Construction Land in Coastal Areas of Guangxi: A Case Study of Shagang Town

为掌握广西沿海地区农村建设用地集约利用水平,为挖掘农村建设用地集约利用潜力提供依据,本研究采用定性分析与定量评价相结合的方式,对北海市沙岗镇的农村建设用地集约利用水平进行了评价分析。结果表明,沙岗镇15个行政村中有7个村属于低度利用和粗放利用水平,并且40%的行政村人口与农村建设用地变化不协调,全镇集约利用水平还有进一步提升的空间。针对评价结果,本研究还提出了促进广西沿海地区农村建设用地集约利用的对策建议。

In order to grasp the intensive utilization level of rural construction land in coastal aeas of guangxi,and to provide evidence for exploiting the potential of rural construction land,this research evaluated and analyzed the level of intensive utilization of rural construction Land in shagang town by a combination way of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation. The result showed that: seven villages in fifteen villages were belonged to the level of low use and extensive use,and uncoordinated changes existed between in population and rural construction land,the intensive utilization level still had further room for improvement. For the evaluation results,the study gave some suggestions to use the rural construction land more intensively.
