“一带一路”西北节点城市农业现代化发展水平的测评与分析——以兰州市为例

Agricultural Modernization Development Level Evaluation and Analysis of “The Belt and Road” Northwest Main Node City: A Case Study of Lanzhou City

随着国家"一带一路"规划的提出,兰州、乌鲁木齐、西安、银川、西宁作为丝绸之路经济带的重要节点城市,其农业现代化的发展水平成为国家"一带一路"顺利开展的重要保障和基础,也是国家"四化同步"的战略要求。通过运用多指标综合测度法,构建包括5项一级指标和20项二级指标组成的农业现代化发展评价指标体系,对兰州市2004—2014年相关统计数据进行分析,运用系统聚类方法对2014年乌鲁木齐、西安、西宁、银川、兰州五个"一带一路"西北节点城市农业现代化发展水平进行分类与分析。研究发现,截止2014年兰州市农业现代化发展水平处于初步实现阶段,五个节点城市农业现代化发展水平差距较大,发展不平衡,并提出相应对策。

With 'The Belt and Road' plan is put forward,Lanzhou、Urumqi、Xian、Yinchuan、Xining as important node city in Silk Rode economic belt. The agricultural modernization development level is an important guarantee and foundation of smoothly developing of 'the Belt and Road' and the strategic requirement of ' Four modernizations synchronization'. By using the method of multi index comprehensive measure, Having constructed agricultural modernization development evaluation index system including 5 first class indexes and 20 second class indexes, related statistical data of Lanzhou city from 2004 to 2014 were analyzed. By using system clustering method on the classification and analysis of agricultural modernization development level of the five 'The Belt and Road'northwest node cities,the five cities are Lanzhou、Urumqi、Xian、Yinchuan、Xining. The study found that level of agricultural modernization in Lan Zhou city in the initial implementation stage and the agricultural modernization level gap of five node cities is big,the development is not balanced and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
