基于重心模型的河南城市竞争力时空演变

Spatio-temporal Evolution of Urban Competitiveness Based on Gravity Model in Henan Province

河南省是我国中部崛起战略中重要一环,但目前社会经济发展并不协调。本文尝试从城市竞争力角度进行研究。构建了经济、科技、对外开放、公共服务及环境质量五个维度的城市竞争力指标体系,采用改进熵权法评价了2000—2014年河南省各地级市城市相对竞争力,并借助重心模型,勾绘出河南省城市相对竞争力重心的时空迁移轨迹。结果表明:①河南省各市的城市竞争力之间差异较大,呈现明显的"西高东低"态势:②河南省各市城市相对竞争力空间分异在时间轴上呈现出整体稳定,局部动荡态势,城市竞争力的惯性优势仍然存在:③河南省城市相对竞争力重心逐渐靠近几何重心,意味着其社会经济有回归均衡发展态势:④提高河南省整体发展水平的关键在于提高城市生活环境质量的同时,加快建立经济科技"双轮驱动"发展模式。

Henan Province is an important link in central rising strategy,however,the development of social and economic is incongruous and uneven in here.The research is studied from the perspective of urban competitiveness.Firstly,the research built the evaluation indicator system from five aspects,including economy,science technology,openness to the outside world,public service and environmental quality.Then the improved entropy method was adopted to assess the urban competitiveness for all prefecture-level cities of Henan Province from2000 to 2014.Finally,analyzed the multi-temporal trajectory of the urban competitiveness centroid of these cities based on the gravity model.The results show that distinct differences among these prefecture-level cities in urban competitiveness still exist in Henan Province.Furthermore,the west cities have stronger urban competiveness than east ones.Besides,the spatial variation of the urban competitiveness for these cities remain stable in the whole but with region turbulence during these years.And the inertia advantages of urban competiveness still exists in these cities.On the other hand,the urban competitiveness centroid gradually closes to the geometric centroid of Henan province,indicating that the social and economic turned to be more balanced development in here.The key to the whole development of Henan Province is promoting the environment quality for human's life in city,meanwhile,a two-wheel drive model should be encouraged which means both the economic,and science technology should be highly emphasized.
