摘要
自改革开放以来,珠江三角洲地区经济发展迅速,人口快速增加,与此同时,城市用地也在急剧扩张。但是,由于经济、人口和土地增长的速度不协调,城市化进程中出现了鬼城、伪城市化、低效率等一系列问题。本文针对珠三角城镇群的九个地级市,利用土地利用与覆盖数据获取城市土地面积,并搜集人口、经济和社会数据,通过计算协调性指数和城市扩张程度来评判珠三角城镇群城市化协调性以及珠三角城市土地的空间差异,并基于熵权法得到珠三角区域城市化的综合评价值。结果表明,珠三角地区的城市化发展趋于协调,城市化水平也越来越高,但城市土地的空间分布存在差异。
Since the reform and opening up, the Pearl River Delta has achieved rapid economic and population growth. Meanwhile, urban land has expanded dramatically. However, the uncoordinated urbanization between economy, population and urban land expansion causes a series of problems, such as ghost town, pseudo-urbanization, poor efficiency, etc. This paper uses Land Use and Cover data to obtain urban land area of nine cities in the Pearl River Delta Town Groups, and collects population, economic and social data from statistics yearbooks. The authors evaluate the coordination of urbanization and spatial differences of the Pearl River Delta Town Groups by calculating the coordination index and urban expansion index. In addition, the authors calculate the comprehensive evaluation value based on entropy method. The results show that, the development of urbanization in the Pearl River Delta tends to become coordinated and the urbanization level becomes higher and higher, but there still exists variation between spatial distribution of urban land.
