摘要
研究我国西部地区耕地压力动态变化与空间差异规律对于保障西部地区生态环境安全和国家粮食安全都具有非常重要的意义。文章运用耕地压力指数模型,对我国西部地区耕地压力动态变化规律和区域分布规律进行了分析。研究结果表明,2000—2015年间我国西部地区整体耕地压力始终十分明显,各年份耕地压力指数均大于1。同时,西部各地区耕地压力十分明显,9个省份中有8个省耕地压力指数大于1,导致各地区耕地压力指数过高的原因各有不同,有一些地区是由于人口基数大导致实际人均耕地面积相对较小,有一些地区则是由于单位面积耕地粮食产量水平低造成最小人均耕地面积较大。根据研究结果,提出了重新评估耕地价值、严格控制耕地非农化的规模和速度、提高农业科技水平等缓解西部地区耕地压力的措施。
Research on dynamic change and spatial differentiation of cultivated land press on time and place in western China has very important significance for ensuring ecological environment security in western China and national food security.The paper analyses the cultivated land pressure dynamic changes regulation and cultivated land pressure regional distribution regulation in western China based on cultivated land pressure model.The results showed that the cultivated land press is always very obvious in western China from 2000 to 2015.From 2000 to2015,the cultivated land press indexes are more than 1.At the same time,the regional cultivated land pressure is also very obvious. Eight out of nine of the provinces’ cultivated land pressure indexes are more than 1.The reason of cultivated land pressure arising is different.Some of provinces are because of too more people,the others are because of grain yield level being too low. It could relieve cultivated land pressure status in western China by reappraising the value of cultivated land and controling the speed of cultivated land decreasing and enhancing the standard of agricultural science and technology.
