摘要
深业上城高塔为一大型酒店和办公的超高层建筑,地上80层,结构高度388m。塔楼采用了巨型框架+核心筒结构体系,其中巨型外框架由巨柱、带状桁架组成、双层环梁及型钢混凝土连接梁组成。采用型钢混凝土连接梁联系外框架和核心筒而不设伸臂是本塔楼结构的一个创新点。通过7组罕遇地震波作用下的动力弹塑性分析,表明结构抗侧刚度沿竖向均匀,楼层剪力传递简单合理;最大弹塑性位移角大于1 100规范限值要求;连梁和型钢混凝土连接的梁大部分出现了混凝土的受压塑性损伤,很好地起到了耗能作用;剪力墙混凝土的受压损伤因子较小,巨柱及带状桁架保持弹性,结构可满足"大震不倒"的性能目标。
Shum-Yip UpperHills Tower one is a 388m tall mixed use high-rise building,the lower 62 floors are class a offices,and the top portion houses a five star hotel. Interior ductile reinforced concrete core along with perimeter mega columns form the main lateral system to resist wind and earthquake load. The core wall and the mega columns are coupled with steel reinforced composite coupling beams at each story. These coupling is a creative point of the tower structure. After the dynamic elastio-plasitc analysis of the tower under the 7groups of rare seismic waves,the result can be conclude as follow,the lateral stiffness along the tower is even. The way of story shear transmission is simple and reasonable. The maximum elastio-plasitc story drift ratio is less than 1 100. Most of the link beams and the steel reinforced composite coupling beams have some compression damage. It proves that these beams have good function of energy consumption. Most shear wall damage factor is small. The mage columns and the belt truss remain elastic. The tower structure can meet the performance of non-collapse under rare seismic.
