摘要
以再生粗骨料取代率和废旧橡胶粒(或废旧钢纤维维橡胶粒)掺量两个参数作为变量,通过19组再生混凝土立方体试块劈裂试验,研究了废旧钢纤维橡胶再生混凝土的抗拉性能和破坏特征。试验结果表明,废旧钢纤维橡胶颗粒会降低再生混凝土的抗压强度,但能有效改善其抗裂性能;在30%取代率下,废旧橡胶再生混凝土的抗压性能优于废旧钢纤维橡胶再生混凝土,但在60%取代率下则相反。
19 groups of recycled aggregate concrete cubes with steel fiber and rubber on the strength grade of C30 were made,with two variables such as the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and the content of steel fiber rubber particles,to study the tensile performance and failure characteristics of recycled concrete with waste steel fiber rubber. The test results indicated that the steel fiber rubber particles reduce the compressive strength of recycled concrete,but could effectively improve the crack resistance. And then the axial compressive performance of recycled aggregate concrete with rubber was prior to recycled concrete with waste steel fiber rubber with the replacement rate of 30%,but on the contrast with the replacement rate of 60%.
