摘要
工程设计对工程项目的影响是决定性的,是处理技术与经济关系的关键环节,也是确定与控制工程造价的龙头。笔者针对省耕山水项目开发面临的造价控制挑战,阐述了工程设计阶段造价控制的必要性、主要存在问题以及有效途径、具体措施和合理建议。
The project design is a decisive impact on the project,is a key link to processing technology and the economic relations,a leader is to determine and control the project cost. For Xinggeng province farming landscape project development facing the cost control challenges,the author expounds the necessity of cost control,analyzes the problems existing in the project design phase of cost control,puts forward the effective ways to strengthen the project cost control,concrete measures and reasonable suggestions.
