摘要
深圳总部物流广场地下3层,地上58层,总高度199.9m,为高位转换的钢筋混凝土框支剪力墙结构。本文重点探讨了结构布置、抗震设防性能目标、计算分析等,结构设计采用多种计算软件进行分析,并采取有针对性的抗震加强措施,如在塔楼内均匀设置剪力墙,改善了大开洞楼板水平剪力传递,加强底部竖向和水平转换构件及其他薄弱部位,保证了结构安全合理。
Shenzhen consists of 58 levels above ground and 3 levels below ground,which achieves the total height of 99.9m. The structure system is high transfer reinforced concrete frame support shear wall structure. The structure arrangement,anti-seismic performance targets and calculation analysis were discussed. The corresponding strengthening measures were adopted. The detailed analysis have been carried out to guarantee the safety and therationality of structure.
