An Overview of Urban Underground Utility Tunnel Development Situation and Pipe-subway Project in Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City

摘要 随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,各种专业网线升级维护工作越来越多,而管网之间又存在着交替重复施工现象,造成"拉链路"现象频发,城市道路和地下管网空间承担的压力不断增加,造成的经济损失逐年提高。本文对广州地下管沟现状进行了分析,介绍综合管廊技术及国内外发展情况以及中新知识城综合管沟项目情况及作比较分析,可供其他类似工程参考。 Following the rapid progress of urbanization in China,various road works for enhancement and maintenance of professional service pipes and cables were more and more increased. Repeatedly duplicate construction incurred by road works among different buried service pipes and cables caused more frequently happening phenomenon of road zipping,continuously raising pressure undertaken by urban roads and underground utility tunnels,and year by year increasing loss in economics. The study analyses the buried pipes and cables situation in Guangzhou,introduces the development situation of the utility tunnels technique in the world,China and Sino-Singapore Knowledge City and finally provides a comparison analysis as an engineering reference for future similar projects.
