摘要
某生产车间建安工程首层大面积钢筋混凝土地面施工面积达8785m2,要求一次成型,采用传统施工工艺,平整度控制难度大,现有混凝土摊铺整平机械一次作业宽度无法满足该工程施工,采用大面积混凝土地坪一次成型施工技术,使本工程钢筋混凝土地面平整度达到了预期的质量目标。
Guangzhou Minrui Automobile Parts Components Company Limited production workshop building the first floor of a large area concrete ground requires once forming,using traditional construction technology,difficult to control the flatness. The working width of existing concrete paving levelling machine can't meet the requirements of the construction,so the construction method,the 8785m2 reinforced concrete floor construction of the project,ground flatness control in 3mm(2m feet) level,to achieve the quality target.
