摘要
螺旋式楼梯因典雅美观的流线造型和节省空间而广受欢迎,同时楼梯作为建筑中重要的交通枢纽,其安全性和适用性极其重要。文中对三亚海棠湾某大型项目酒店式公寓某板式旋转楼梯建立有限元实体模型和进行对比计算分析,根据分析结果考虑楼梯踏步的刚度贡献而采用较薄的混凝土梯板,对楼梯进行设计配筋和舒适度验算,并对薄弱部位采取构造加强措施。
Spiral stair is well received by architects because of its elegant and beautiful streamline modeling and making building space saved. As well,it is an important communications hub,so it must be designed to be very safe and confortable. In this paper,a large project in Sanya Haitang Bay Apartments spiral staircase to a plate finite element solid model and compare calculated. Based on the results considering the stiffness contribution staircase while using thinner concrete stair treads,stair design for reinforcement and comfort checking,and to take measures to strengthen the structure of the weak parts.
