摘要
某大型住宅小区项目配套商业占地面积达18863m2,在其绿色建筑设计中充分考虑南方夏热冬暖气候条件和地形地貌特点,在室内外环境营造和节能、节水等方面均进行了有益的探讨,可作为今后同类项目的设计参考。
A large residential community project covers an area of 18863m2. In terms of the green building design,full consideration has been given to the climate conditions of the south in hot summer and warm winter and the characteristics of landform. Besides that,there is some useful discussion about construction of indoor and outdoor environment,energy saving and water efficiency,which can provide reference for similar projects.
