摘要
广州琶洲村改造地块四项目是珠江南岸琶洲城市商务会展核心区的地标性建筑,其绿色建筑设计按照中美两国绿色建筑评价标准并结合本建筑特点进行设计,文中从建筑幕墙、屋面保温、空调系统及节水等方面阐述绿色建筑技术在本工程中的应用,供设计参考。
Guangzhou Pazhou Village Redeveplopment Parcel 4 is the landmark building of Pazhou Commerce Exhibition Center on shouth bank of Pearl River. Green buiding design of this building is according to LEED standard and Assenssment standard for green buiding,and convcerning local project. This article elaborates application of green building technology such as window curtain wall,air-condition system,water conservation for later reference.
