Large Hollow Floor Construction Quality Control

结合广州白云机场扩建工程空心楼板施工实际情况,针对混凝土浇筑过程中,箱模容易移动与上浮且楼板的混凝土浇筑质量难以保证等难题,本文从方案前期控制、施工过程控制、施工后期控制三个阶段展开探讨,分析可能产生的问题,提出现浇混凝土空心楼板施工质量管理控制措施,达到确保施工质量的目的。

In this paper,the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport expansion project hollow floor actual situation,for concrete pouring process,easy to move and float box mold and pouring concrete floor is difficult to guarantee the quality and other problems,from the pre-program control,the construction process control,control of the three post-construction stage started to explore,analyze problems that may arise,proposed in-situ concrete hollow floor construction quality control measures,to ensure the construction quality.
