止回阀与自进式管棚在浅埋暗挖隧道中的应用

浅埋暗挖隧道通常在开挖前都需进行超前预支护加固,传统的施作管棚方法精度较差,且单次施作长度太短,设备对现场环境要求高,浆液扩散情况差。采用自进式管棚并在棚内增加止回阀的方式,有效克服了上述缺点,为浅埋暗挖隧道的安全施工提供了有力的前提条件,作为一项新技术具有重要的推广应用价值。

Pipe roof always as one of the pre-reinforcement method is used before shallow buried tunnel construction. The traditional pipe roof construction has some weakness in the precision,length of a single construction,slurry diffusion,and its equipment has high demands on the environment. The method of self feeding and check valve in it is used to solve the shortcoming of traditional pipe roof construction,providing a favorable prerequisite for the shallow buried tunnel construction safety. Meanwhile,the new method provides a new technology,which has an important application and extending value.
