摘要 广州萝岗区以孤石众多而被列为地质灾害区域,盾构掘进施工会带来掘进速度缓慢,掘进参数、地面沉降、盾构姿态难以控制,盾构刀具异常损坏严重等问题。文中分析了广州地铁六号线二期[萝岗~苏元]盾构区间在复合地层中施工存在的主要风险,介绍了盾构掘进上软下硬基岩凸起地层的辅助施工措施,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴作用。 Guangzhou was referred to as 'geological museum' because of its complex geological structure,and Luogang field was regarding as the geological disaster area due to numbers of the Boulder existing. Parts of bedrock will raise up when boulder existed in the layer,hence the plan and safety of shield construction will be extremely affected once encountering this kind of compound formation. Moreover its will also bring a series of problems,if shield machine tunneled in those formation such as:driving slowly,the parameters,the ground settlement,and shield pressure out of control,further to abnormal damaging serious shield machine parts. This paper analysed the main risk in compound formation on Guangzhou Metro Line 6 phase Ⅱ[Luogang^Suyuan],introduced shield tunneling through the Bumps Formation associated soft-hard Bedrock auxiliary construction measures,can be used for reference in similar engineering construction.
