摘要
通过对一栋山地高层建筑扭转位移比、抗剪承载力比的计算,并与平地计算模型进行对比,结合动力弹塑性时程分析,提出了在计算层间位移角较小的山地高层建筑扭转效应时,以层水平扭转角作为辅助控制指标,适当放松扭转位移比限值;计算抗剪承载力比时,以楼层的抗剪能力需求比作为衡量指标,正确判断结构抗剪薄弱位置。
Based on the calculating results of the torsion displacement ratio and shear bearing capacity ratio of the hilly tall building and another tall building on flat land and the comparative results of elastic-plastic dynamic analysis,this paper puts forward the torsion angle as discriminant index of structure torsion control proposal,at the same time puts forward shear bearing yielding strength demand ratio as shear bearing measurement index when the inter-story displacement angle of hilly tall building is relatively small.
