采用中空玻璃作为幕墙材料,外设镂空铝板,不仅增强幕墙抗风压能力,有效防止内层玻璃碎裂掉落的安全隐患,保证幕墙结构的安全;另外层镂空铝板采用Al+Zn+Mg系结构铝合金,断裂韧性良好,塑性高、缸口敏感性低,抗海水和海洋大气腐蚀性能优异,大大提高了沿海地区高层幕墙结构耐久性和适应性。

Using of hollow glass as wall materials,peripherals hollow aluminum curtain wall wind pressure not only enhance the ability to effectively prevent broken glass falling inner security risks,ensure the safety curtain wall structure. In addition,the layer of hollow aluminum using Al+Zn+Mg-based aluminum structure,with good fracture toughness,high plasticity,brim low sensitivity,anti-seawater and marine atmospheric corrosion excellent characteristics,greatly improving the coastal high-rise curtain wall structure durability and adaptability.
