摘要
随着城市化进程的发展,大型建筑项目不断增多。在大型项目建设过程中,应确保各个施工工序的施工质量,PDCA循环在工程项目管理中的应用可以有效地确保工程施工质量,文中结合具体工程施工实例,简要探讨PDCA循环在施工质量管理中的应用,希望能对类似工程起到借鉴作用。
Along with the growing development of urbanization process,large construction projects are increasing concurrently. During the construction of mega engineering projects,the construction quality of each project process shall be ensured. Introduction of PDCA circulative management into a construction project could ensure the construction quality effectively. In conjunction of concrete case study,this article briefly discussed the application of PDCA circulation in a construction project,in hope of being used as a reference in other similar projects.
