摘要
南昌八一馆站上盖商业综合体建筑体型较长,塔楼偏置,需分缝解决扭转不规则问题;塔楼范围内的地下室顶板大开洞,需把计算嵌固端设于地下室底板;裙楼中庭大开洞,导致一侧为大跨度悬挑走廊且走廊内侧为局部单跨框架;裙楼6、7层电影院大开间的建筑需求,造成大跨度托柱转换。
The upper commercial complex of Bayi Museum Metro Station in Nanchang has a long shape,also,its high tower deviates in the corner. Therefore,solving the tormental irregularity problem has to resort to the method of structural parting. In the range of the tower,the basement roof has big holes,in which situation,the calculational fixing end must be shifted to the bottom of the basement. The atrium of the podium has a large hole,making the result that one side becomes a large span cantilever corridor with inner partial single-span frames.The cinemas in the 6th and 7th floors requre large space,for which the large span column-transfering beams are inevitably needed.
