摘要
基于某高层建筑改造工程,介绍一种新的框架柱托换方法,通过设置锚杆与新增反梁,为柱托换后原结构提供支点,利用桥梁工程中常见的橡胶支座将新增反梁与原结构连接,避免原边柱因托换而产生弯矩突变,极大地简化了受力模型,可供同类工程设计参考。
Based on reconstruction engineering of some tall building structure, introduce a new underpinning method of frame column. The structure is provided the fulcrum after the column is underpinned by setting the anchor and upstanding beam. Using the common rubber bearing in bridge construction,the new beam and the structure are jointed. This method avoids bending catastrophe phenomena of the side column in view of underpinning technology and simplifies calculation model. Available design experience can provide to alike construct.
