地铁盾构隧道施工对既有老式建筑的影响分析 被引量:12

摘要 城市建筑越来越密集,盾构隧道的施工将不可避免地下穿城市闹区,这将会引起一定范围内的土体松动、地层应力损失,同时也会对既有建筑物的正常使用功能造成威胁,如果应对措施不当可能造成重大损失。大多数老式民房建设时间久远,且多为砖混结构,整体性差,对盾构施工的干扰较为敏感,目前有关隧道盾构施工与临近建筑物相互作用机理的研究并不多,大多数是通过有限元来模拟。鉴于此,本文通过南昌市轨道交通2号线一期工程某标段区间隧道影响的工程实例,对既有老式建筑的地基和主体结构的变形进行预测,以避免盾构施工时发生安全事故,同时也为类似工程施工提供理论依据和实践经验,以确保周边环境的安全和盾构隧道顺利施工。 Increasingly dense urban buildings make the construction of shield tunnels inevitably cross through the downtown area underneath.The construction of the subway tunnel will inevitably lead to a certain range of soil loosening and formation stress loss,which could cause threat to the normal function of the existing buildings. Due to the long age of the old buildings,poor integrity of brick structure and sensitivity to interfere in shield construction,inappropriate measures may cause the heavy losses. Currently,studies on the interaction mechanism with shield tunneling construction and adjacent buildings are not much,most of which are simulated by the finite element. In view of this,the paper focus on the practical engineering case of sectional shield tunnel influence in Nanchang Metro Line2 the 1st stage,in order to predict the deformation of the existing old building foundation and main structure,avoid safety accidents during the shield construction and provide the theoretical basis and practical experience for similar construction projects to ensure the safety of surrounding environment and smooth shield tunnel construction.
