摘要
深圳某商业办公楼的地下室部分采用了半逆作法施工方法,为配合施工工艺结构设计需做较多措施和计算分析。本文主要介绍该地下室的施工方案、负1层以下的结构布置、钢管混凝土柱的安装及柱脚作法、侧壁的逆作方案、钢管柱与混凝土柱转换节点;负1层以下各楼层作为基坑的侧向支撑,承受了一定的水平力,采用ETABS对其进行了受力分析。
The basement of a commercial office building in shenzhen adopt semi-reserved construction method. For working with the structural design of the construction process,more analytical simulation should be conducted. This study mainly describes the construction scheme,the structural layout below the minus first floor,the installation of concrete-filled steel tubular columns and pedestal,the sidewall reverse-installation,the turning point of concrete-filled steel tubular columns and concrete columns. The analysis shows that the floors below minus one floor,as the lateral support of the excavation,has born some extent of lateral force. Mechanical analysis is conducted on this basement by using the software ETABS.
