摘要
某超高层CBD项目中低区为办公楼层,高区为酒店层,结构高度276.7m,地震作用不太大但风荷载作用较大,文中针对这类超高层建筑的结构方案选型特点,对混凝土框架-核心筒、钢管混凝土柱钢框梁框架-核心筒、巨型柱、中低区混凝土高区SRC柱+钢梁等多种方案的可行性及优缺点进行了对比分析,为今后相似条件的结构选型提供参考。
The middle and lower zones of the building are office area,while the high zone is occupied by hotel. The total structural height of the building is 276.7m. The structural system options for such buildings subject to greater wind load than seismic load has its own features. In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the structural form selection including RC frame-RC core,CFST column-RC core,mega column,and SRC column + steel beam at lower and middle zone,are discussed and compared to provide reference for similar structures in the future.
