摘要
结合广东某工程实例,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立模型对复杂转换宽扁梁进行数值模拟分析,了解其变形特性、薄弱位置、截面应力分布等,结果表明转换宽扁梁刚度较大,应力分布与预期相符,转换体系可靠,计算结果可运用于工程设计,能为类似设计提供参考。
Based on the finite element software ANSYS,FEM model was established to investigate the deformation characteristics,weakest links and stress distribution of wide-flat-transfer beam with the project of Guangdong province. The results indicated that the wide-flat-transfer can be used in the project with strong stiffness and reliable system. The study also showed that the stress distribution of FEM analysis can be fit the expectation well and can provide reference values of similar projection.
